We will stick to our core of beautiful cheap homes at the 100k, 200k, 300k price point.

In addition, we will curate more listings per newsletter. After the <300 selections, we will replace the ‘accounts we love’ section to also include higher price points listings at 500k and 1M. Occasionally, we’ll end with a “fuck it, we ball” wild card home - a statement house at any price point.
