Too good to be true? This guy Baptise Bohu is ALL of my instagram feed. I can’t seem to figure out if he is real or fake. His fantastical shots of whimsical often monochromatic statement design villas, luxury hotels, and homes seem impossible… where are all of these places? How many projects can he do at once?
I’ve googled around and the question is still open. Like this Linkedin post of a Portugese villa…
And honestly? I’m not the only one asking the question…

Try AI yourself: I think AI can be a great tool to kickstart or explore new ideas and creative exploration. It can help people get over the ‘blank wall’ dilemma, interior’s own cold start problem. If you haven’t already, check out tools like InteriorAI to quickly redesign your via a photo, choose a style, create 3D flythrough videos, … it’s not perfect (trust me), but its fun.
Or design a mini room online 👉👈 Cozy game, interior decorating app, learn-to-code primer or something in between: rooms.xyz. They describe themselves as “SIMS” meets “digital LEGO” and won the Apple design award this year! You can build your room according to your taste or make it interactive, and a multi-player space. It’s not quite a Tuscan villa, but hey, we all start somewhere.
